Look at the muck Jon's got roiled up... and me egging it on all the way!
Wow! Check out Jon's post... and resulting commentary. And to think... it all started when one little ol' Nashville preacher decided to throw some chickens!
Well, I got an apartment-- and I'm paying *only* $1300 a month! Damn, that's like more money than I've ever earned in a month before...
Anyway, I can't get in until Sept. 1st which is a pain but it's in Alexandria and I should be able to contribute less to the war effort by taking the Metro into work. And it has a walled-in sunroom for my desk and nifty hardwood floors and a delightful, very tall, African French professor for a landlord. Hopefully, he'll let me paint! Oh, and the best part? Down the road from a Trader Joe's!!! Oh, how I've missed TJ's during my stint in Nashville!
